About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing the administrative aspects of contracts, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and manage all company contracts. Ensure that contract terms and conditions are clearly communicated and understood by all parties. Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure all contractual obligations are met. Maintain an organized system for tracking contract renewals, amendments, and terminations. Ensure that contract documents are signed, filed, and documented in a timely manner for future audits and reviews. Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and industry standards to ensure compliance. Requirements: Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in the field of contract management. Familiarity with contract management processes and good risk identification and problem solving skills. Excellent communication skills, and is able to establish good working relationships with people of different levels and backgrounds. Highly organized and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple contracts and tasks simultaneously.
