If you know that you are a diamond among stones and you want a chance to make a significant difference in people’s lives, then you might be the one we’re looking for The road to great things starts with one step, all you have to do is take it PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AND/OR A QUALIFICATION AND LICENCE TO PRACTICE REAL ESTATE IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE Primary Aim of Position: To provide a high level of support to the team and generate leads To provide an exceptional level of service to clients in their dealings with the organisation To ensure accuracy, consistency and punctuality in all work produced Key Responsibilities & Duties Prospect and source listing opportunities via phone calls and doorknocking Produce and deliver comparable marketing analysis reports to prospective clients Be familiar with all office and local listings Maintain a high level of knowledge about the local area and market Prepare and deliver pre-listing kits Research property appraisals as required Assist at all open homes OFI follow up phone calls and produce vendor reports Form and maintain relationships with other businesses for referrals Attend at least one networking event per month Utilise Social Media as a prospecting tool Ensure the team operates smoothly Any other tasks as requested Qualifications, Skills & Experience Certificate IV or higher in Property Services is highly regarded (if you do not already have this qualification you will be required to enrol) Excellent phone manner and confidence with making phone calls is essential High level of customer service skill is essential – experience in a customer facing role (real estate, reception, retail or hospitality) We value a corporate, polished appearance that reflects our professional brand Good level of computer literacy, familiar with the Microsoft suite of products High level of data entry accuracy Driver’s licence is required Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience and will include bonuses for achieving KPI’s around leads generated.
