With one highly successful school already established in Perth since 2018, we’re now looking for dynamic ECTs for our second location We have two ECTs already onboard and we are now looking for 3 additional ECTs to join the team. There are some requirements you will need to have: Have a Bachelor of Early Years Education Degree (new graduates will be considered) An ability to plan innovative and engaging child-initiated curriculums, incorporating both indoor and outdoor environments, sustainability, nature play, and local excursions. Be able to document children’s learning and development to a high standard to make children’s learning visible You will get to have at least four hours a week to create curriculum and do your observations a week – home is for relaxing Our school is beautiful, and purpose built enhanced with digital technology, and has lots of resources including two designated Ateliers and a Yoga Studio.
