Disability Support Workers – Central Coast NSW — Blue Haven, Wyong Area

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker professionals to provide support to our clients in Wyong and Maitland NSW. A reminder that this role is casual with full-time available hours. Must be flexible to do any shift including active nights and can start immediately. About you: Demonstrated experience as a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker Must be available to work across a rotating roster including weekdays, sleepovers and weekend shifts Ability to manage difficult situations and behaviours and be able to de-escalate these situations in a therapeutic way Requirements: Minimum nationally accredited completion of Certificate III in relevant Disability or Community Service field Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Employee Working with Children Check A valid Australian driver’s license with a reliable and comprehensively insured car Current First Aid and CPR Certificate Connecting Families benefits: Online training Free confidential counselling sessions available to staff Opportunity to travel interstate for casual shifts – we cover flights and accommodation costs Join us in our mission to empower lives, one family at a time.
