About the Role: If you are looking to join a dynamic work environment, this may be the perfect opportunity for you You will play a pivotal role developing business and sales of our portfolio for the Sydney region. You will be an ambitious, energetic, and adaptable team-player with a high-level of customer service skills to champion the NPE brand. Key Responsibilities: Develop professional and long-term business relationships with key customer decision makers Ensure prompt & courteous service to meet the needs of both internal & external customers Master in-depth product and technical knowledge Identify and implement tailored sales strategies that establish NPE as the preferred supplier to our target market Develop and maintain effective systems to capture & monitor market intelligence, customer trends and competitor activity Meet delivery deadlines to achieve installation dates/deadlines Prepare quotes for client enquiries, purchase order receipting and other financial activities to accurately record quotations and actual sales data Respond to internal customer and external supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to both secure and deliver our specialist rental services and associated projects in a timely, safe and profitable manner Skills and Experience (Essential): 5 years in the hire industry as a Sales/Business Development Management position within rental, heavy industry or resources Existing client base or contracts would be considered advantageous Demonstrated experience in contract management Knowledge of equipment and plant range of pumps, generators, or compressors (or similar transferrable product knowledge) Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills Proven ability to manage outcomes and expectations with senior business leaders and key stakeholders maintaining strong professional relationships Results driven, solutions focused and highly organised with a strong analytical capability Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and deliver under pressure to deadlines What we Offer: Full maintained company vehicle Competitive salary with an attractive bonus structure Continuous training and development opportunities An inclusive, collaborative, and high-energy work environment Opportunity to grow within the business and own what you do Benefits: We believe in providing a great employee experience.
