Your next opportunity: We now have a great opportunity available for an experienced Administrator to join our growing Boral Asphalt team in Seven Hills, NSW 2147. This is a key support role that will have you oversee the administrative requirements for operations for the Sydney Metro, Port Kembla and Canberra Depots. Your day will involve: Timely processing of Site Diary via AIMS/Scenario ensuring that all cost is captured as best as possible Updating of the Dashboard to reflect shift completion Match accounts payable invoices to accrued costs in scenario and submit for payment Processing of Accounts receivable invoices upon Job/Project Completion Assist contracting team with assessing and costing variation through the course of work Efficiently complete month end processing within the allocated timelines Arrange and source crew accommodation when working remote or when crew are staying in Sydney Prepare and manage purchase orders for Seven Hills, Enfield, Port Kembla and Canberra Depots each month Maintain the PPE & Consumable items for the contracting crews Ordering of Uniforms for Southern Asphalt Business Ensure time cards are generated for all of the Metro Contracting team, all of Port Kembla Contracting team, all of Port Kembla Production and Canberra Production Processing of all leave types for the above-mentioned staff Weekly submitting and approval of the above-mentioned What are we looking for? Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration Experience in a similar Senior Administration role ideally within the civil contracting/construction/project management industries (or similar) Ability to interpret sensitive information and maintain confidentiality Intermediate MS Office skills Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail Strong time management skills and the ability to resolve issues Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and see tasks through to completion Proactive and innovative approach to problem solving Strong teamwork focus and an ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Strong verbal and the written communications skills and numerical accuracy Valid Drivers Licence What’s on offer?
