We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will work with NDIS Participants, helping them engage in community activities, build independent living skills, and achieve their personal goals. Key Responsibilities: Support NDIS Participants in accessing community resources and activities. Assist Participants in developing skills for independent living, job seeking, and personal growth. Encourage and facilitate new experiences and activities to enhance Participants’ quality of life. Develop and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with Participants and their families. Monitor and document Participants’ progress towards their goals. Provide emotional support and advocacy for Participants. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all Participants. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related field, with previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, current First Aid and CPR certification, and an NDIS Worker Screening Check are also required.
