A “we can do this” attitude A positive personality that is open and reflective Certificate 3 or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA assessed qualifications or you are currently studying a Cert 3 or Diploma or equivalent in Early Childhood Current working with Children Check Current CPR, First Aid with Anaphylaxis and Asthma training Knowledge in NQS, EYLF/VEYLDF, practice principles and reflective practices At Aurora, you will be supported to: Engage with children, creating learning opportunities and a safe environment for them to grow Communicate and build relationships with families Work collaboratively with other educators to better further the overall quality of the service Build your professional development and industry knowledge.
