At Let’s Swim Our mission is to educate children and their families about water safety in a safe, fun, and goal-driven environment. Our family-owned swim school is a boutique Learn to Swim facility in Newport with small class sizes, teaching children from 4 months of age to children swimming all four strokes confidently. We have a vibrant team committed to developing a safe, family-friendly environment. We aim to extend your growth and knowledge within the industry to create opportunities to further your career. The ideal candidates need to: Be passionate about educating children and families about water safety Enjoy working with children Have an approachable and fun disposition Providing excellent customer service Be proficient at responding to customer enquiries face-to-face or via email Be willing to learn the Let’s Swim Teaching methods Be available for weekday and weekend work Be eligible to work in Australia Candidates will need to obtain: Working with Children Check Austswim or Swim Australia Qualification CPR Due to the nature of the industry, Let’s Swim is seeking an applicant available on weekdays/weekends. Not qualified yet? Let’s Swim will fully reimburse the cost of the course if employed with Let’s Swim for a minimum of 6 months.
