What your day looks like? Delivering consistent and high-quality service to our customers Assist customers with trade counter and phone sales enquiries and follow up with quotes, pricing and product enquiries. Accurately enter cash sales , invoices, purchase orders, transfers and picking slips into the computer system. Assist in picking, packing, and dispatching orders. Aid with regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy. Support the team with general warehouse duties as required. About you – Skills and experience: Exceptional customer service focu s, communication and interpersonal skills At least have 6 months to a year experience in the warehouse, customer service or similar industry. High attention to detail and solid organisation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Productive and willing team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Good computer skills – Knowledge in outlook, excel etc. Experience in the bearings, power transmissions or similar background (Desirable) What’s in it for you?
