Gallery Group is looking for a detail-oriented and organised Colours Administrator to support our Senior Colour Consultant and help streamline operations within the Colours section. If you have a passion for design, colour coordination, and administrative tasks, this is the perfect opportunity for you Key Responsibilities: • Support the Senior Colour Consultant: Assist with colour selections, client presentations, and project-related tasks. • Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers, confirm details, and ensure the timely delivery of materials and samples. • Schedule Management: Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring deadlines are tracked and communicated effectively. • Document Filing: Organise and manage documents in the company’s system, ensuring everything is well-ordered and easily accessible. • General Administrative Duties: Provide support in various administrative functions to enhance team efficiency. Skills & Qualifications: • Strong organisational and time-management skills. • A minimum of 2 years in a similar position within a colours or design role • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with scheduling software is an advantage. • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. • A passion for design and colour coordination, with a desire to grow within the construction industry.
