Job Description Based out of our Beenleigh office, this position will provide support to the HSE manager including maintaining accurate records on the safety system for certifications, audits and monitoring, meeting minutes and actions. A certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety is highly desirable Duties Organise and take minutes of SPA safety committee/ QSEHRTS and any other relevant safety meetings or working groups Follow up and close out any action items resulting from meetings Assisting in the creating and distribution of safety communications Systems administration including prequalification and ISO auditing support Update and maintain E-newsletter register Assist and liaise with Regional Admins with PPE ordering Assist with tenders Provide administrative support to the Group HSE manager as required Monitor near miss hotline and update register Plan onboarding and plant risk assessments Desired Skills and Experience Skills & Experience High level of computer literacy particularly experience with Microsoft word, excel and power point Understanding of current health and safety legislation Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders Adept at problem- solving and conflict resolution Time management and task prioritsation to meet business needs Benefits Full time position Ongoing commitment to your Learning and Development Access for yourself and your family to our EAP How to apply Click APPLY or contact Jessica Muller, People & Learning Business Partner on 02 4340 0111 for a confidential discussion.
