ABOUT THE ROLE As a Sales Administrator, you’ll provide administrative support to our sales team and process our sales orders. You’ll have a positive can-do attitude, be meticulous with detail, and be great with customers. Ideally, we’d like this role based in our Wodonga office, yet we’re also open to having this based in our Leeton or Wagga Wagga offices. This is a part time role, 3 or 4 days per week, with flexible hours available during business hours of 8.30am – 5.00pm. This role has become available due to an internal promotion, so you’ll receive plenty of on-the-job training from the previous occupant. This is an entry level role so prior experience in a sales administrator role isn’t essential – if you’re eager to learn, we’ll be eager to teach you the skills Key responsibilities include: Process purchase orders, invoices, credits, returns and vendor rebates Create and follow up of sales jobs in our internal CRM system (JIM2) Provide a high-level of service to our valued customers, ensuring the client experience runs smoothly and problems are resolved efficiently Liaise with other teams to ensure jobs are updated and invoiced to the client in a timely manner Maintain and update our sales SharePoint site regularly, ensuring our sales SharePoint site is fully optimised Ensure systems, processes, and frameworks are in place, and that they are thoroughly documented, consistently audited, and regularly improved ABOUT YOU You’ve got an eye for detail. You’ll need attention to detail and the ability to keep track of lots of data effectively through diligent and conscientious work practices. You’re great at taking care of customers. You have a genuine desire to build partnerships with customers that is built on trust, dependability, and connection. You aim to provide an extraordinary service and make a meaningful impact. You’re an excellent communicator. You’re personable in communicating (both phone and email), engaging professionally and courteously. You can keep the pulse on what’s happening and ensure clients enjoy a seamless experience. You’re a team player. You thrive when helping a team directly. You enjoy collaborating around ways to continually improve the customer experience. You have a high level of computer literacy. You consider yourself pretty IT-savvy and can pick-up new platforms and devices with ease. We use the systems Microsoft Office, Salesforce (for client management) and Jim2 (for accounting). Whether you have prior experience using these systems or not, if you’re willing to learn, we’ll be willing to teach.
