Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative and reactive electrical maintenance on production machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and automation systems, ensuring minimal downtime. Conduct fault-finding on PLCs, motors, conveyors, and packaging machinery. Collaborate with the maintenance and production teams to ensure optimal plant performance. Adhere to all safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate maintenance records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Trade-qualified Electrician with a valid NSW Electrical License. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food or FMCG . Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and troubleshooting. Experience with PLC systems and automation (Siemens, Allen Bradley, or similar). Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (Days and Nights).
