About the Role Our Tax & Legal team is expanding and we’re looking for a Tax & Legal Operations - Senior Manager/Director to join us. You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in: Change Management Stakeholder engagement Strategic planning In our Tax & Legal team, your impact will be seen by: Assisting the Chief of Staff in driving strategic projects across the Tax and Legal Line of Service Assisting the Chief of Staff in organising and preparing content for T&L Leadership Strategy Offsite, Roadshows, partner calls, and quarterly staff webcasts. Developing and implementing a social impact strategy for T&L to increase social impact hours through volunteering and pro-bono work. Engage with the social impact champion network and promote their work within T&L communications. Supporting T&L Leadership initiatives to foster a teaching and learning culture, including implementing graduate remuneration increases and developing a teaching and learning passport for practice-wide rollout. Supporting the Chief Information Officer in driving and adopting AI initiatives within the Tax & Legal practice, including managing the Tax & Legal network of AI champions, providing guidance on specific needs for the program to the AI Centre of Excellence and supporting AI champions in their roles. This includes organising quarterly sessions with AI leads and champion to encourage sharing of knowledge. Overseeing the rollout and change management of T&L AI products, such as Harvey AI. Coordinating with Meaningful Team leads, organise training sessions, track AI engagement and adoption, and gather and analyse feedback. Acting as the business representative for T&L with TechHub on technology products and firmwide data-related initiatives. Collaborating with T&L Risk & Quality to ensure thorough consideration of firmwide initiatives in light of Tax Agent responsibilities and share this feedback. Representing T&L in the M-Files working group, advising on T&L needs for product development and change management for product updates. Being the operations lead for the T&L revamp of the precedents process, collaborating with TechHub on future storage solutions, redaction processes, AI implementation, and automated harvesting of deliverables in M-Files.
