Job Summary: Restock are looking for a hard working, motivated and reliable individual to join our Warehouse team as a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Assistant in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. The primary responsibilities of this role is for a Driver – delivering products to customers in a timely manner and assisting with warehouse tasks as needed. This position is ideal for individuals with driving experience and someone looking to gain experience in the logistics and supply chain field. Skills: – Clean Valid driver’s license to drive a large Van. – A positive and proactive attitude – Good communication skills – Ability to lift heavy items up to 25kgs. – Excellent time management – Basic computer skills – Attention to detail – Previous Customer Care experience. Responsibilities: Delivering products to customers in a safe and efficient manner Loading and unloading delivery vehicles Work with the team to maintain a DIFOT of 99% Carry out OH&S requirements Spend the morning doing deliveries Help unload containers as required Put stock away Operating a high reach & counterbalance forklift (order picker experience beneficial) Pick and pack customer orders Printing labels and assembling some products Interact with customer service & sales teams to provide stock availability & order updates as required Interstate & local freight bookings Helping to resolve issues and errors Maintaining a safe and tidy workplace Assisting with inventory management tasks in the warehouse Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse Communicating effectively with team members and customers Qualifications: – LF/LO License (Required) – Manual License (Required) – Valid driver’s license with clean driving record – Previous experience in delivery or warehouse operations preferred – Ability to work independently and as part of a team – Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. This is a full time position with hours from 7am – 3.30pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility with hours is required. Must have full working rights in Australia.
