About the Position We are seeking a Mobility Customer Service Officer to join our team to manage and monitor mobile customer requests within the ticketing system as well as interacting with customers via phone. You will also support our sales team and our customers by providing a high level of customer service and adhering to customer Service Level Agreements. In this role you will: • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone. • Action customer email requests with a high level of attention to detail • Adhere to Telstra Business Essential requirements and ENTAG People Principles requirements. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer mobility issues in a timely, professional manner. • Ensure tickets are updated and categorised in an appropriate fashion, and customers Assets are managed correctly with a focus on data accuracy. • Uphold Service Level Agreements and offerings between our managed customers and ENTAG. • Effectively interact with Telstra systems (MNC, Helpdesk / MICA, Telstra Partner Central (TPC) and Entag systems (MEAMS, ClickPOS, Freshdesk). • Create a rapport with our ENTAG customers and our own key ENTAG stakeholders. You will have: • Entry level business/administration skills (Certificate I or II preferred) • Sound computer literacy skills • Strong customer service experience • Experience within a Call Centre environment (highly preferred but not required) • Experience with Telstra systems (preferred but not required) • Good time management and the ability to demonstrate tasks by priority If this role sounds like you, please click on the apply button and follow the prompts.
