About the role This opportunity is a crucial part of a vibrant workflow administration team. Now, let’s talk about this exciting opportunity Our Ideal candidate Strong Administration skills (Experience within a similar service is highly desired) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Timely and accurate administration on a day-to-day basis Keen eye and high attention to detail Ensure policies, procedures and codes are complied with at all times Desired Skills and Experience Key Selection Criteria: Relevant qualifications and/or experience in administration particularly within the community services sector. Demonstrated experience in developing, maintaining and reviewing administrative systems and processes that are efficient and effective. Demonstrated experience administering processes that are well documented and reviewed in accordance with legislative requirements. Experience in consumer liaison, with strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated capacity for conflict resolution and relationship management to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Strong administration, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, be organised, prioritise tasks and work within timelines Ability to work as part of a team at all levels across the organisation, as well as the ability to work independently in a changing environment. Motivated with strong desire to succeed High level of self-motivation, goal orientation and resourcefulness Willingness to promote and support practices that are inclusive, culturally responsive, safe and accessible.
