Professional Certification Group is seeking a full time Administration Officer to be part of our Hendra team. This role is full time, working Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week. Key Responsibilities To provide admin support to building certifiers and cadets by preparing new building applications ready for certification and managing building inspections and certificates such as: Lodging application and inspection documents, and relevant details onto the company’s software package; Liaising with government bodies to ensure property searches and minor applications are processed in a timely manner; Receiving and checking certificates and inspection notices ensuring they are complete and accurate; Ensuring final certificates are issued as soon as all certificates and inspections are complete; Taking inspection bookings and organising inspection schedules so they are efficient and practical; Providing general advice to clients about the application process; and Fostering a positive and professional working relationship with clients. Skills and Experience Experience in the building industry; Strong written and verbal communication; and Able to use computers proficiently.
