Due to ongoing growth and expansion of our manufacturing and warehousing premises, we have open positions for experienced Warehouse All Rounders & Freezer Workers to join our busy logistics team with roles available in both the AM shift (6am to 2pm) or the PM shift: (2pm to 10pm) Mon to Fri. This role will start as Casual, but with full and regular shift hours (7.5 hrs p/day and 5 days p/week) with the expectation that the roles will be converted to Permanent / Full Time after successful completion of 6-month probation. Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, this position will be consistently working in cold storage areas including freezers operating at -18 Degrees, NOT JUST Cool Rooms. We are looking for an experienced and reliable individual who can undertake the responsibilities of: Managing the manufacturing production lines and pre-sorting cartons on pallets; Put away pallets in Bin Locations using RF Scanner guns; Pick and Pack orders accurately and efficiently; General housekeeping ensuring work areas are clean to promote a safe work environment; Participate in regular stocktake and cycle counts; Ensure all policies and procedures are maintained to the company’s highest standards; Drive and operate forklifts safely in accordance with WorkCover guidelines and company WH&S policies The person we are looking for will have these skills and experience: Worked in a fast-paced freezer environment High focus on safety, accuracy and efficiency RF scanner experience High understanding of inventory accuracy Forklift Licence – must have experience on High Reach forklifts Understanding of product traceability and bin locations Ready to undertake rewarding work in a challenging cold environment We are a professionally run operation who pride ourselves in building a positive and collaborative team with excellent values.
