We are currently expanding our operations to a new, state-of-the-art facility in Regency Park, and are looking for dedicated staff to join us during this exciting transition. Key Responsibilities Include (but not limited to) Receiving and storing goods Picking and packing orders Stock control and warehouse organisation Operating forklifts and pallet jacks Maintaining safety and cleanliness standards Collaborating with the team to meet deadlines Loading and unloading trucks Driving Trucks and delivering goods (cartons, kegs, pallets and more…) Loading/Unloading shipping containers Physical labour Skills and Attributes A successful applicant will need the following: Valid C Class Driver’s License Reliability and Flexibility Effective Communication Skills Tech Literacy – APF use technology (computers, Tablets, RF Scanners) for stock control, picking and delivering. Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects – up to 25 kgs, but manual handling equipment is always used where possible. Attention to detail, problem-solving and organisational skills The ability to work well with others A willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to the needs of the role Desirable Skills and Qualifications (These are not essential, but will improve your chances of success) Valid Forklift License, recent experience Medium Rigid (MR) Drivers License or above, recent experience Previous Warehousing or Delivery driving experience in the Greater Adelaide Area Customer Service Experience Manual Driving Experience White Card Yellow Card (EWP) Pay Rate The hourly rate for this casual role is ranges from $32 – $35/hr based on demonstrated prior experience, desirable skills/qualifications and agreed responsibilities. At minimum, all employees at APF Cold Storage and Logistics are to be paid in line with the National Employment Standards and the Storage Services and Wholesale Award (MA000084).
