As a Customer Relationship Manager, day to day will look something like this: Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound collection calls and assisting customers who may be undergoing financial distress. Proactively and empathically negotiating payment with our customers to achieve positive financial outcomes, while adhering to strict and specific compliance and regulatory expectations. Problem solving and objection handling to achieve account resolution in a timely manner. Maintaining strong relationships with all team members while practicing the ARMA Core Values. Meeting the required KPIs and targets as set by your manager. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office and a quick learner of database platforms Developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence, specifically in displaying respect and empathy. Proactive approach to developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. High level of attention to detail, time-managements skills and the ability to multi-task Customer Service experience is ideal, but not essential.
