Administration Officer — North Perth, Vincent Area

The Office Administrator will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The office administrator ensures the smooth running of our office. Core tasks: Create and maintain structures within the office environment – system and process. Maintenance of documentation including policies, procedures and forms, mostly in MS Word. General office duties such as organising records, organising website update, printing. Assistance with carer scheduling in the ShiftCare system. Organising team days / meetings / training where necessary. Any other office assistance required. Skills: • Excellent Microsoft Word table and formatting skills for forms creation. • Can work independently and alone. • Aptitude for finding your way around systems. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organisational skills. • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain good working relationships. • Exhibit initiative, responsibility, and flexibility. Experience: • Experience in a general office administration role. • Working with various cultures and abilities (preferred).
