This role presents a fantastic opportunity to take charge of drainage, sewer, and wastewater projects across Perth, leading skilled crews and ensuring high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor drainage crews to ensure efficient and high-standard project completion. Oversee installation and maintenance of drainage, sewer, and wastewater systems . Plan and coordinate labour, materials, and resources to meet project deadlines. Ensure full compliance with WHS regulations and industry safety standards . Identify potential risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals. What You’ll Need: Strong background in civil construction, drainage, and underground services . Experience leading site teams and providing hands-on mentorship. Ability to interpret construction plans, project schedules, and technical drawings . Knowledge of statutory regulations, WHS requirements, and best practices. Road construction experience (highly regarded). Perth-based experience and full Australian work rights . What’s on Offer? $150k-$160k Super Fully Expensed Vehicle .
