Reporting to the Area Manager, you will perform a pivotal role, and provide strategic leadership, direction, and support to ensure the successful delivery of a major industrial (manufacturing) facility on time, within budget, and in full compliance with client and contract requirements. Your expertise in construction management, contract administration, and team development will drive a culture of excellence, safety, and innovation. Responsibilities Co-ordinating and managing all construction activities on a massive industrial manufacturing project (including the installation of Mech/Elec equipment); focusing on safety and ensuring the project risks are identified and managed. Managing the day-to-day construction work and procurement activities, resource/application requirements and project issues. Managing internal and external stakeholders' relations with sub-contractors, the client and internal staff. Coordinating sub-contractors and the quality of their work. Providing accurate input into forecasting of the program resource & financial requirements You will possess Substantial experience in industrial construction environment - minimum of 10 years in a Senior Project Management role, or in the capacity of Construction Manager Degree qualification in building construction or engineering Proven track record in managing projects which include the installation of Mech/Elec equipment Experience of nurturing team growth through collaborative leadership, focusing on comprehensive health & safety training while fostering an inclusive work environment Experience in the creation of detailed documentation and maintain meticulous records using SAP and MS Office, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple project phases Demonstrated adaptability and resilience in managing competing priorities, while thoughtfully balancing resource allocation and team wellbeing If you are looking to join a massive critical infrastructure client and to deliver the successful build of a massive manufacturing plant for a market dominating Australian giant, then we want to speak to you.
