Nextt are seeking a compassionate and attentive Female Support Worker to assist a 36-year-old female living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Bipolar Disorder, and Cognitive Impairment . This role will be working in our Wynnum SIL - a State of the Art Apartment complex newly opened in 2024. Key Responsibilities Assist with personal care and continence support Support with hoisting and transfers Provide domestic assistance and meal preparation Administer medication assistance as required Offer companionship and encourage social outings (e.g., coffee trips) Monitor behavioral or cognitive changes and respond appropriately Shifts: We have 3 positions available on 24/7 set fortnightly rosters.
