As a growing denture clinic, we are seeking a motivated casual Lab Receptionist to join our team in Burleigh Heads and contribute to both the clinical and technical aspects of our work. The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Lab Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis, with a minimum of 3 days per week with a view to increase. Work hours will cover 9:00 am to 2:30pm, offering a flexible schedule to balance your other commitments. This is a unique opportunity to become a key point of contact in our dental laboratory while contributing to its smooth operation. Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with dentists, utilising your dental knowledge to understand and relay technical information accurately. Provide exceptional service over the phone, ensuring professional and courteous interactions. Perform general administrative tasks to support the lab’s daily operations. Manage workflow schedules, tracking cases and ensuring timely delivery. Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and inventory. Demonstrate adaptability and focus in a noisy lab environment. Undertake deliveries to local dental practices. About You An experienced Dental Receptionist or Assistant ready to tackle a lab-based role that combines your technical expertise with administrative responsibilities. You thrive in a supportive environment where you can apply your skills and contribute to the smooth running of a dynamic dental laboratory. Experience in Dental Reception or Assisting with strong dental knowledge related to a lab environment. Being able to assist with pouring models (advantage). Australian work rights. Excellent communicator. Hold a valid drivers licence and have your own vehicle.
