Great Working Environment Casual Position Located in Terrigal The Role We are seeking an experienced and professional Senior Medical Receptionist to join our dedicated team at Skin Integrity Skin Cancer & Cosmetic Clinic on a casual basis. This position offers approximately 2 days per week, with the flexibility to cover sick and annual leave. Our current opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. As a Senior Medical Receptionist, you will play a key role in assisting in the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic, you will be responsible for: Warmly greeting and assisting patients Scheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment book Accurate data entry of patient information Processing payments Managing phone and email queries Assisting in tidying up consult rooms General administration duties as required Qualifications & Attributes Previous experience in an administrative/reception role within the Healthcare industry or similar is essential Customer-focused with a commitment to patient care A strong team player who contributes to a positive work culture Approachable, reliable and dependable Excellent communication skills, professional presentation and positive can-do attitude Previous experience in administrative/reception roles Sensitive in your approach when dealing with patients Authorised to work in Australia Current National Police Certificate Leaders in Skin Cancer Medicine Driven by a passion to make a difference and the vision of a world where nobody dies from skin cancer, the health and happiness of our patients are at the forefront of everything we do.
