A mature environment where hard work is norm and there is no space for slacking. However, you'll reap rewards. 4. Contribution to our local and national engineering footprint. Choose projects which make you tick. Choose clients whos values you align with. You have a say in what you work on. Make it meaningful. 5. Technical progression. The above sounds awesome, who wouldn't want to work here? In addition though, you will still benefit from the technical guidance of other traffic, transport, civil and structural engineers and designers. This team knows it's engineering inside out. You will be learning. 6. Autonomy and agency. You making it happen - you'll get all the work vibes and buzz you need.
