About the role The focus of this role is developing the maintain the front-line services to provide learning and development solutions for clients and prospects. Make outbound calls from leads generated by AIM to engage with potential students. Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain quality benchmarks during your student interactions, a.k.a. have fantastic, motivating conversations with potential students, and get them in the course that is right for them. Inform clients by explaining procedures: answering questions; providing information. Maintain notes in our student relationship management system about how your contacts with students went. Complete other duties required by the role. Skills & Experience 2 years’ experience in outbound fast paced direct to customer experience in education sales. CRM experience (Salesforce) Excellent sales track record, working within a high sales & incentive driven environment. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Experience in education sales and training desirable.
