Full-time casual role – 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5 PM) – No weekends Great location – Work from Braeside, VIC. Free parking onsite. Supportive team – Work in a close-knit environment where collaboration is key. What You’ll Be Doing: Be the first point of contact – Liaising with customers via phone and email, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently. Manage sales inquiries – Process general phone/email sales inquiries, quotations, orders, invoices, and credits. Support operations – Assist in achieving team targets and deliverables by liaising with drivers and clients. Data entry & administration – Maintain accurate records, including driver run sheets and system updates. Outbound calls – Connect with existing clients and drivers to strengthen relationships and resolve queries. Problem-solving – Provide effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction. Work with company values – Carry out all duties safely, following company principles and operating standards. What We’re Looking For: Customer service experience is essential – At least 2 years in a customer service or operations coordination role is desirable. Confident communicator – You express yourself well on calls and build strong relationships with customers and drivers. Strong organizational skills – You can prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities. Tech-savvy – Comfortable using multiple systems with strong computer literacy. Strategic thinker – You assess situations critically and find practical solutions. Team player – You work well within a small, close-knit team, collaborating to achieve goals. Proactive & adaptable – A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Resilient & professional – Comfortable handling challenging conversations constructively.
