The role Establishing professional rapport with customers and Operations team Proactively supporting customers and operations to ensure service levels and customer satisfaction are maintained or exceeded Calling customers prior to and after their relocation (pre-calls and after calls to follow up) Assisting with Accounts team to process payments Answering inbound calls Complaints handling Some debt collection duties Administrative duties (requiring a high attention to detail) About you Prior experience in a similar position within the Warehousing and Logistics Industry (advantageous) Strong computer literacy skills and experience with Google suite of applications Excellent written, verbal and telephone communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced high volume work environment Proven eye for detail and accuracy Time management, planning and organisational skills High attention to detail & ability to work as part of a team or autonomously This role could be either casual or full time permanent for the right candidate How to apply Join Holloway Removals and be part of a company with a rich history and a bright future.
