Due to a steady flow of projects in the pipeline and recent awarded contracts, they are now looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team. Your New Role As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing project contracts, procurement, and subcontractor agreements on projects valued up to $20 million. You will work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements. Key duties include: Preparing, negotiating, and reviewing contracts. Managing procurement and subcontractor agreements. Monitoring project costs, variations, and claims. Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and timelines. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. What You'll Need to Succeed Relevant tertiary education or trade background Experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction. Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and cost management. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
