The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at Wales Truck, Smithfield. We are seeking a Customer Service professional, you will be assisting and supporting our wider team and managers with administration support and providing our customers updates regarding their vehicle repairs. Role responsibilities Managing high-volume admin tasks Multitasking pro Greeting customers on arrival Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience Telephone and email correspondence Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc) Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs Does this sound like you? High attention to detail Tech-savvy & organised Experience using IBody (not essential) Proven experience within a Customer Service position Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities A proactive, can-do attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to meet strict deadlines Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team Minimum 2 years in a high-volume customer service role We know that sometimes people need non-standard work hours, and would be happy to discuss the options available in this role, or similar roles across our business.
