RECEPTIONIST Full Time – Commencing Monday, 14 April 2025 The College is currently seeking to appoint an experienced and energetic Receptionist to join our team of committed professionals. For more information, please visit our website About You: The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate at the interview a personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and a lifestyle consistent with that faith, including an active commitment to a Christian fellowship. We are looking for a candidate who will cover the Reception desk approx. 3 days a week and be engaged in higher-level administrative tasks for the remainder of their time. This includes administrative support for student absences, the Finance team, and the Principal’s Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will have the f ollowing skills and experience: a positive and enthusiastic demeanour; strong administration skills strong verbal and written communication skills courteous and respectable phone and email etiquette; strong Word and Excel skills; strong attention to detail and a spirit of excellence (you can easily spot the missing comma or poor formatting, and you like to get things right); the ability to efficiently multitask and get the job done; the ability to work independently and as part of a team; and a first aid qualification, or a willingness to acquire one.
