The Role: As the Customer Service Representative, you will give top-tier customer service by being an attentive listener and empathetic communicator with a knack for problem-solving. But it doesn’t stop there – always on the lookout for trends and sharing insights, collaborating seamlessly with our Warehouse, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to ensure every customer journey is nothing short of extraordinary. In addition you will also: • Manage and administer the following platforms Okendo, Gorgias, Shopify, Recharge, Klaviyo, Auspost Merchant Portal, Yotpo and Ship Hero. • Manage all customer service enquiries, providing a responsive and high-quality support in a timely manner, via Email, Gorgias, and Okendo. • Manage phone enquiries and communications with customers in a timely manner. • Prioritise all customer email enquiries daily, • Provide general feedback on health and nutrition-based enquiries from customers. • Manage customer orders through platforms like Shopify and other subscription platforms. • Assist with the management of our Loyalty Program. • Maintain, and continuously look ways to improve all enquiry email templates to enhance the customer experience. • Resolve issues connected to Subscriptions including potential refunds and/or cancellations. • Ensure we maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. Your previous experience: A min of 1-2 years of customer service experience Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Gorgias, Shopify would be an advantage Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
