Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer (Program Manager) to join our Revenue Enablement Team This role is pivotal in designing and implementing impactful learning programs that empower our Sales and Client Success teams. You will drive onboarding, training content creation, and program execution to enhance team performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage the rollout of enablement programs in collaboration with the Head of Enablement and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Design and deliver training content, including e-learning modules, workshops, and playbooks. Creation, refinement, and ongoing improvement of the onboarding curriculum to optimize RAMP times and equip Sales and CS teams with essential skills, tools, and knowledge. Oversee enablement initiatives, ensuring alignment with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Leadership teams. Maintain and optimise the effectiveness of training content with a data driven approach to drive continuous improvement. What We Are Looking For Proven experience in instructional design, ideally within sales or revenue enablement. Strong ability to create engaging, effective training programs across multiple formats. Expertise in visual and document design to produce well-structured, visually appealing learning materials. Excellent project and program management skills to oversee multiple enablement initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and strategic alignment. Certification or experience in project management methodologies such as Agile is highly desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable content. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), CRM systems, and sales enablement tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and enhance training programs based on feedback and performance data. Adaptability and a commitment to continuous improvement, ensuring enablement strategies evolve in response to business goals and team needs.
