The Store Manager in our business will lead, inspire, coach a team, and work collaboratively with the Area Manager to drive a great culture and in-store experience for the team and customers. ABOUT THE ROLE: • Experienced in managing a team in a high-volume turnover store. • Hands-on and strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success. • A ‘can-do’ attitude. • Fun, bubbly personality. • Comfortable working autonomously. • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management. • Experienced in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties. • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPI’S & budgets. • High personal standards in providing superior customer service. • Competitive salary. Required: • Full-time rights to work in Australia • Basic Excel skills • 38 hours per week • Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing staff.
