About the Role As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting participants to live fulfilling and meaningful lives within the community. Your responsibilities will include: Providing support with daily living activities such as personal care and domestic duties Assisting with skill development activities Administering medication Facilitating social and community participation About You We are seeking individuals with: Excellent interpersonal skills Experience in mental health care and managing complex behaviors A solid understanding of NDIS requirements If you are passionate about helping individuals achieve their full potential, this role will be incredibly fulfilling for you.
