About the Role: As a Disability Support Worker, you will assist participants in a supported living environment according to their individual needs to help them to live a fulfilling and meaningful life in the community. Your day-to-day tasks will revolve around providing support with daily living, including personal care, domestic duties, various skill development activities, medication administration, and social and community participation. About You: We’re looking for someone with excellent people skills, experience in mental health care and complex behaviours, and a sound understanding of NDIS requirements.
