Customer Service Manager — Silver Sands, Mandurah Area

We are the only General Store & Café / Tea Room on the Estuary Road Dawesville, and 3 Cafes/ Takeaways within 20 minutes of each other with a population of 4200 in Dawesville. Key responsibilities will include: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations. Proactively address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and empathetically, aiming for effective solutions that exceed expectations. Lead and motivate a team of customer service staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional service delivery. Performance evaluation of customer service team to identify areas of achievement, improvement, and training requirements. Facilitate effective communication between customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. Establish and monitor quality assurance standards for customer service interactions, ensuring consistency and excellence in service delivery. Actively drive the successful achievement of a high performance, values-based company culture. To be considered for this role you will require: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing customer service team Ability to manage conflict and challenging conversations Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions that meet client needs
