We are a Not-for-Profit (NfP) organisation based in Bella Vista, seeking a hardworking and flexible team player to be the welcoming face of our organisation and provide essential administrative and phone support. About the Role This is a varied role where no two days are the same You will be responsible for: Reception duties – answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing inquiries with a friendly and professional approach. Administrative support – assisting with data entry, document preparation, filing, and general office tasks. Team assistance – jumping in to help where needed, whether it's setting up for meetings, organising supplies, or supporting fundraising activities. General office coordination – ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including handling mail, scheduling appointments, and liaising with suppliers.
