Staff are required to complete further studies to support their teaching of Christian Studies and the leading of class devotions. The College has grown significantly from a small group of 24 students who commenced in 1997, to its first Year 12s graduating at the end of 2016. We now have 1800 students on both our Tarneit and Mambourin campuses together. About the Role We are currently seeking energetic, collaborative and dedicated Teacher Aides / Learning Enrichment Officers on both our Tarneit and Mambourin Campuses. As a Teacher Aide/Learning Enrichment Officer, you will work under the direction of the Classroom teacher to support students’ learning and development by applying teaching and learning strategies particularly to students with learning needs, including disability. You will assist the classroom teacher with the monitoring and management of student behaviour as well as undertake logistical tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the classroom or centre. You will work 1:1 or in small groups with a number of students who may exhibit behaviours of concern. About you You will be an existing teacher aide / learning enrichment officer or have relevant experience in supporting students in the primary or secondary years.
