WHO WE NEED Challenger is seeking a number of enthusiastic and results driven part time facility cleaners to join our team. Working in a largely autonomous role, you will be encouraged to take pride in your work and be committed to working to a high level of quality, delivering exceptional cleaning services, based on our award-winning standards and our client’s needs. WHAT YOU'LL DO? Attending to the cleanliness of a shopping centre as part of a team Contributing to the positive experience of patrons and the local community Using Chemicals and adhering to safety standards at all times Following schedules and standard operating procedures (SOP's) Undertake floor cleaning and polishing using machinery Complete tasks associated with mopping, dusting and rubbish removal Other duties associated with cleaning requirements WHAT YOU'LL NEED? Availability to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday day shifts Have experience in commercial cleaning, preferably within a retail environment Have a good understanding of the safety elements associated with the job Have a good understanding of cleaning chemicals and their correct and safe handling Good presentation and grooming Sound communication skills WHAT'S ON OFFER?
