The Role Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal. Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, Thyme’s menu has been created by well-known Melbourne chef, restauranteur, cookbook author and television presenter, Karen Martini – showcasing locally sourced, seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, local cold-pressed juices and signature cocktails. The wine list highlights the Peninsula’s many local vineyards, distilleries and breweries. The Food & Beverage Attendants provide service to our guests in the restaurant (Thyme), outdoor bathing areas and the Spa lounge, by: Greet and seat incoming guests to their tables Provide and explain menu items Provide advice in relation to the beverage menu Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Kitchen team Take guest food and beverage orders Part-time and casual roles available. Availability for shifts on Monday to Thursday (including at least one weekend day) and nights nights is a must. We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster. We offer a competitive hourly rate superannuation plus penalty rates.
