The Opportunity We are on the lookout for an experienced Administration Officer to join our growing team. This role requires a proactive individual who is skilled at multitasking, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Customer Service: Manage phone calls, welcome visitors, and handle general enquiries professionally. Document & Records Management: Organise filing systems, proofread documents, and process correspondence for job requests. Mail Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently. Financial Administration: Support invoicing, purchase orders, and other finance-related tasks. Office Technology & IT Systems: Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Data entry and document preparation. Assist in creating business reports and spreadsheets. General Administration: Order office supplies, maintain records, and participate in team meetings. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, take initiative, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. About You Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document processing. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanour. Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player. Experience in payroll and invoicing is advantageous. Candidates based locally preferred, as this is a fully on-site role in North Gold Coast. What We Offer Competitive salary package ($60,000 super). Convenient on-site parking.
