Responsibilities: Be Part of their Sydney Team of Gold Coast Team to provide a point of contact for customers. Answering incoming calls and enquires. Provide clients with general superannuation and investment knowledge/Support. Engage with other teams across the business. Client account maintenance and updates. Facilitate, support and process transactions. Utilise effective problem solving and time management skills. Reports and documentation Experience Required: Excellent communication and telephone manner. 12 Months experience in a customer service role within Banking or insurance. Those who have general Knowledge base of superannuation, Investments or Wealth (from work experience in a financial services organisation) will stand out.
