If you’re passionate about crafting seamless, intuitive experiences and solving complex design challenges, this is your chance to make a real impact. As the Product Designer for Payments, you’ll shape modern, efficient payment experiences that drive customer satisfaction. Working closely with our Product Design Lead, you’ll refine our platform, develop new features, and push the boundaries of innovation in business payments. If you thrive on problem-solving, testing, and continuous learning, we want you on our team Responsibilities Design user-centric solutions by translating business requirements, user feedback, and usability insights into intuitive experiences. Prototype innovative features to enhance the platform’s usability and functionality. Collaborate with your cross-functional team—including a product manager and developers—to scope, design, and implement compelling user interfaces while driving the payments strategy for our platform. Collaborate with marketing and graphic designers to ensure cohesive visuals and branding across interfaces. Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and user flows to guide feature development and platform enhancements. About you Proven track record of designing exceptional user experiences for web and mobile applications A confident, structured design process—skilled at rapid iteration, navigating ambiguity, and bringing others along to drive outcomes. Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail, typography, and colour usage. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative approach to design challenges. Experience in the Payments, B2B, or Rewards/Loyalty space is highly regarded. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies is a plus. Familiarity with user testing methodologies and the ability to incorporate user feedback effectively. Why join us?
