Warehouse Operator — Smeaton Grange, Camden Area

We are seeking a highly motivated person with exposure in a similar role or industry to join our Smeaton Grange Team This is a full-time position working a minimum of 38 hours per week, plus overtime as required. The Role Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Warehouse Operator’s primary focus is to: Prepare customer orders as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor Ensure on time receipt and accurate delivery of stock and finished goods to customers Ensure that deadlines for orders to clients are met and stock is efficiently handled and stored Assist packing the work truck with customer orders as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor and/or Driver Review and check all orders for quality and accuracy before despatch Treat all stock with utmost care to reduce potential damage or remake Load and unload items from customer vehicles safely and efficiently Assist in daily stocktakes and cycles counts as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor Participate in daily toolbox meetings discussing warehouse tasks for completion raising any staff, product, process and/or safety issues Provide exceptional customer service to our client base Work to reinforce the company’s Vision, Mission and Values In summary, the Warehouse Operator is a key person in the branch operation, providing the human link between the customer and Oxworks’ warehouse processes.
