THIS ROLE will require you to take a proactive approach as you provide internal commercial support to the field sales team whilst also driving business growth yourself through both inbound and outbound customer service activities. You will be responsible for, however not limited to, the following: Identify and achieve profitable sales opportunities Inbound / Outbound sales calls Prepare and follow up quotes / tenders Establish qualified appointments for the external sales team Provide technical support and attend to client enquiries Build strong client relations YOU will be a hungry and driven individual who thrives in a challenging environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
